• Professional profile data: job title, department, city, country, years of experience, CV, skills, education, work history, photo, contact links, and salary/work preferences.
• Privacy settings: fields you choose to show or hide on your public profile.
• Employer data: company name, company email, verification codes, CV requests, favorites, and contact requests.
• Payment and subscription data: selected package, subscription status, and transaction records (we do not store full card details on our servers when using external payment providers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device, usage logs, and cookies necessary to operate the Platform.
• Support communications: messages sent through contact forms or email.

We collect data directly from you when you register, complete your profile, make purchases, or contact us.

We may receive data from employers when they register, request CVs, or add candidates to favorites.

We may automatically collect technical data when you visit the Platform.

We use your data for the following purposes:

• Creating and managing your account and verifying your email.
• Building and displaying your professional profile according to your privacy settings.
• Reviewing profiles before publication to ensure quality and policy compliance.
• Enabling employers to browse public profiles, request contact, or receive CVs through available services.

You control which data appears on your public profile through privacy settings in your dashboard.

Your profile is not published publicly until you consent and it passes Platform review.

Data you choose to display may be visible to employers and visitors according to available browsing permissions.

Some data may remain hidden from public view but stored in your account for administrative and operational purposes.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We may share your data only in the following cases:

• With employers: when your profile is published, when you approve a contact request, or when your CV is sent through employer services.
• With service providers: such as hosting, email, payment gateways, and security tools — only as needed to provide the service.
• For legal compliance: when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights of the Platform and users.
• In a business transfer: in case of merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to the recipient protecting your data.

We retain your data while your account is active or as needed to provide services.

When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.

We may retain anonymized records for statistics and service improvement.
