Terms of Service

Operio is a digital platform for showcasing professional talent and connecting job seekers and freelancers with employers in the Gulf region.

The Platform is not a government employment office and does not guarantee hiring or employment contracts. Our role is limited to providing showcase, search, and communication tools through available services.

You must be of legal age in your country and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your ability.

You may not use the Platform on behalf of another person without authorization, or impersonate any entity or individual.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Platform or users.

When registering as a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate professional information and not include misleading, offensive, or illegal content.
• Choose which data to display publicly through privacy settings.
• Consent to profile review before publication according to quality and compliance standards.
• Understand that public publication is optional and subject to your consent and an appropriate package or subscription when enabled.
• Confirm that you have the right to publish photos, CVs, and content you upload.

The Platform allows employers to browse public profiles, save candidates to favorites, request CVs, and send contact requests through available services.

Candidate data must be used only for legitimate recruitment purposes and must not be resold or shared outside the agreed purpose.

Some features may require company email verification or payment of service fees.

The Platform does not guarantee candidate responses to contact requests or the accuracy of all information in profiles.

Some features may require purchasing a package or subscription. Prices, duration, and features are shown clearly before purchase.

Payments are processed through external payment gateways or approved Platform mechanisms. You are responsible for accurate payment details.

Subscriptions are fixed-term and do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at purchase.

We may change prices or packages in the future without retroactive effect on active prepaid subscriptions until they expire.

Except as required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable after service activation, profile publication, or CV delivery.

If a proven technical error on our side prevents service delivery, we may grant compensation or subscription extension at our reasonable discretion.

To request a payment review, contact us by email with the transaction reference and account details.

You retain ownership of content you upload and grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, store, and process it to operate the Platform according to your settings.

The Operio brand, logo, design, and software are owned by or licensed to the Platform and may not be copied or used without permission.

You may not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains confidential employer information without authorization.

You may not:

• Publish false, misleading, discriminatory, or offensive information.
• Circumvent payment, privacy, or review systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape data without permission.
• Send spam or harass users.
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or conduct contrary to public morals.

We may review profiles and content before or after publication and refuse, remove, or suspend content that violates these Terms.

We may take action against violating accounts including warnings, suspension, or permanent deletion.

Users may report violating profiles through available reporting mechanisms.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties regarding hiring, search results, or the accuracy of all information.

We are not responsible for hiring decisions made by employers or candidates.

You are responsible for verifying parties' identity and credentials before any professional commitment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, loss of profits, or data arising from use of the Platform.

Our total direct liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is less.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through available dashboard tools.

Upon termination, we may delete your profile and data per the Privacy Policy, while retaining records required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend service wholly or partly for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice where possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, unless mandatory local law in the user's country requires otherwise.

Parties will first seek to resolve disputes amicably. Failing that, courts in Kuwait shall have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with the update date.

Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
